Glitterati designs

I have been busy trying out a few new idea's inspired by the current craze for for glitter eyes and arms at festivals and party resorts. I particularly love Kiss my Fairy's work in San Antonio Ibiza. I love the combination of face and body paint with excessive amounts of mixed glitters. I love the way that it works for both teens and adults.

I have purchased lots of new glitters for my kit. I have in excess of 120 different varities of glitter now, I think I need help! Any way this is the first attempt I tried out on my arm. I hope you like it. I have also tried glitter eye designs which looked ace but unfortuately I didn't get any pictures good enough to publish.

I will be doing more (lots more hopefully) so keep an eye out for some more designs :)

Saturday 16th Aug 14

A busy day today first at a party glitter tattooing and then straight off to another party face painting!

Neon glitters were definitely the most popular colours, but pinks and purples also proved popular as always.

Superhero's seemed to be the flavour of the day at the face painting party. Lots of Iron men, Wolverines, Magneto, Captain America and a TMNT! Managed to fit in a rainbow butterly, rainbow tiger and mermaid to balance things out a bit :)

Off to another big party on Monday, hopefully my new neon Rainbow will have arrived by then so I can put it too good use.

Well curiosity got the better of me and I have ordered some hair chalks! I will be looking to add them to my list of services very soon :)

I have a busy weekend approaching and will hopefully manage to takes some pictures to post on my facebook page.

I had a lovely time face painting at Isobel's party on Saturday. Frozen designs proved the most popular followed by Hello Kitty. I also did tropical flowers, tigers, rainbow cat, puppy, spider men,  a ninja turtle and a couple of neon designs too :)

Great fun face painting @ Suki's Canine Rescue Dog Show

Fun-Filled Faces had a great time painting and glitter tattooing at Suki's Canines Dog Rescues dog show on Sunday. A lovely laid back day, I even had time to fit in a Mr Whippy ice cream ;) We are currently fostering Digby for Suki's so it was great to be able to help the charity raise all important funds. I painted a few new designs which was a cool, however my phone decided to die so I didn't get any pictures :( I painted a lovely girl as a mermaid princess, she looked beautiful. I also got to paint 'venom' spiderman too which was pretty cool.

Still mulling over the details of Fun-Filled Faces new party offering. Testing the idea on my guinea pig Harriet, she had a great time painting her first tiger face paint. Hopefully I will be back with more information very soon x

Well I'm mulling over a new party offering where the children learn how to paint a design. Hmmm just got to work out how I'm going to put it into practice now. Think I might use the summer holidays to use Harriet as my guinea pig. Watch this space :)

July 19th weekend fun :)

Well what a Fun-Filled weekend we had! We have been busy face painting and glitter tattooing at lots of different events.

First we were at Posh Paws in Studley for their charity event in aid of Hounds for heros. Met & painted some lovely ladies and will post some pictures on my facebook page later today. I most definitly recommend posh paws and will be taking my own pampered pooch Digby there in future.

Next stop was Lewi's super hero birthday party. What a super time we had as well. The birthday boy looked fab as Iron man and we also painted a Wolverine, several Spidermen, TNMT, Hello Kitty's, Snakes & a beautiful butterfly!

Had a quick pit stop at home for a cup of tea and a magnum ice cream and then set off to paint at the beautiful Stephs wedding. It was so cool & the bride was stunning. The theme was glamping and was set on a countyside campsite, the big double decker bus in the centre of the marque was brilliant! It was like a mini festival outside and I did lots and lots of tattoo's, only stopping as it had gone dark and I could no longer see what I was doing! Glad I wore my wellies though as did get drenched putting up the inflatable marque they had booked for me:)

On Sunday I went over to Leamington Spa for an Summer Fete. Despite the nice weather it was rubbish and I only painted 2 snakes :( I packed up early and came home to see my Fun-Filled Family and enjoy a little rest before the weekend was over.

I will be painting at an event for Alzheimers UK next Saturday near Inkberrow. I will post further details later in the week x
